Centrally located for adventures

This home is lovely, clean and peaceful. I would 10/10 recommend this place.

Kat and Cody's property was beautiful, and perfect for my husband and me, and our four granddaughters, aged 7-14. The backyard was beautiful, and having the basketball game, foosball, and ping pong was key. And, the large dining table and gathering areas were perfect to have meals and games together. Everything was spotless, and the younger girls LOVED the bunk room with the cute decorations. The older girls loved having their "own" room for the week, since they share at home.We were close to Water World, where we spent one of our days.The only issues we had were - It was difficult to sign into the smart TVs, except for in the main bedroom, which ended up being okay, since we all piled into the king sized bed to watch together.Also the listing notes a pool - the pool is a "community pool". We have stayed at a number of Airbnbs where they have community pools, which means if you are staying at a home and paying for the week, you have use of the pool. We were disappointed to find out that community pool meant "town" pool, and the use cost was 9.00 per person every day we wanted to use the pool, so we didn't end up using it. It didn't end up affecting us too much, since we were able to find other things to keep us busy, but I would just be aware of that if someone is renting and looking for a pool.We would highly recommend Kat and Cody's home. They were so responsive and made the whole process so easy! We loved it there!

Great for families especially if you are traveling with a pet. There is plenty of room for everyone and a big backyard too. The garage/play room is really nice. The basketball game, foosball and ping pong table were a good way to keep busy while having fun. Oh, and there’s a park right across the street!!The only hiccup we had was the hot water heater quit working on our first day. I notified Cody and Kay and they had someone out within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem and made sure we had his number in case there was any more issues. The service and speed were outstanding!
