Do not flush debris down toilets, if clogged, you are responsible for cost to unclog

NO climbing on the house or jumping into the pool from heights

Observe quiet hours or you will be removed from the property with NO refund

Security cameras are in use outside for safety, located on front porch and back patio

Entering the home prior to check in time and cleaner is still working, they will leave, you agree to check in with as is condition of cleanliness

No early check in unless specified with owner

Pool is cleaned regularly, but does have some discoloration on the bottom that can be mistaken for sand

We do recommend trip insurance and no refunds will be given for weather conditions

Please put all towels in the shower

Load and run the dishwasher

Take out all the trash, if the can is full, set beside

Remove all items from refrigerator

Failure to complete any of these items will result in a minimum additional cleaning charge of $100 or more

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
